Los Cabos Golf Resort is a platform for the sale and / or reservation of day passes for the hotel and other tourist establishments. A day pass is a product that allows you to enjoy the services of an establishment during a day at a certain time slot; Where in no case are you entitled to an overnight stay or access to a room.

The services of an establishment may include one or more of the following services: swimming pool, spa, parking, Wi-Fi, massages, food, drink, among others. In the description of each of the packages offered, you can find all the details that each package includes.

1. Purchase/Reservations process

During the reservation process any payment is made. Payment will be made directly at the establishment. The sole purpose of collecting data related to payment methods is related to the service reservation process.

The reservation is made through Los Cabos Golf Resort portal at the address https://loscabosgolfresort.com. All communication on the website is encrypted under the SSL protocol, thus complying with the mandatory security measures within, among others, the Organic Law on Data Protection. You can check the details on the Privacy Policy page.

It is the client's responsibility to check that in the chosen day pass, the date, establishment and conditions are as desired at the time of booking. You will receive, in the reservation email, all the details of the selected package.

The user accesses the Los Cabos Golf Resort website and selects the image of the day pass in the lower left corner.

Click on the "Reserve" button to enter the personal data of the visitor, choose the day and time of visit and the total number of people.

2. The service

During check-in at the property, your reservation will be validated by the reception staff. You must present the printed reservation email or on your mobile (where the reservation code is) upon arrival at the establishment along with your INE or passport and the one from your companions.

There must be at least one adult who enjoys the service who is responsible for minors, if they are the ones who enjoy the reserved service. Minors who are not legally required INE or passport will be under the guardianship of this adult. In case of not delivering the documents, you will not be able to enjoy the day pass.

In order to enjoy the reservation, the buyer must be of legal age.

The time of entry will be included in the time slot of the day pass of the establishment.

The company is not responsible for the weather conditions not allowing you to enjoy the day pass.

The company is not responsible for causes of force majeure that do not allow you to enjoy the day pass.

The company is not responsible for accidents or unforeseen events that prevent the client from enjoying the day pass.

The person in charge of the security in the facilities is the establishment.

Chairs and umbrellas are not guaranteed on the property.

The establishment reserves the right of admission in accordance with current legislation and the conditions that appear when accessing the establishment.

Only the services reflected in its description are included in the day pass.

The establishment is responsible for providing the services described in the day pass.

The age required to enjoy the day pass is determined in the specific conditions of each day pass.

The enjoyment of the day pass involves the proper use and care of the establishment's furniture and facilities. In the event of damage, the establishment will take the corresponding measures against the cause of the damage.

The company reserves the right to change these conditions.

3. Changes and cancellations

In the event that the user does not notify the changes or cancellations in the time stipulated in the conditions, the establishment will be in charge of doing the charge to the card provided by the client.

Changes and cancellations must be notified by email to daypass@bloomhotelsandresorts.com providing your personal data and reservation code. If it is a date change, the user must clearly indicate in the email the new date of enjoyment.

5. Intellectual property

All content (images, texts, etc.) of the establishments is their property. The establishment has assigned the rights to Los Cabos Golf Resort for its promotion and sale.

You may not copy, alter or modify in any way the images, texts or messages on the website.

6. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

These general Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Mexico.

For any litigious matter derived from these General Terms and Conditions, both the user and the company, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction and exclusive competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the Mexican Republic.
